Our Ambitions – Looking Forward
Do we want to be the biggest?
In our book ‘Medium is Best’! …too large and a different culture develops…too small and technical and IT support would be lacking. Many clients say they chose us because they had become disillusioned with the largest national firm they used to instruct. We are able to provide high level technical advice but a truly personal service as well.
Could the image of lawyers be improved?
Lawyers, like law firms, come in different shapes and sizes! We believe we are the complete law firm offering a wide range of services for both businesses and individual clients. We are aware of the poor public perception of lawyers – ‘ambulance chasers!’… ‘blood-suckers!’… and worse! - we intend to improve our image and will work hard to relate better to all of our clients, demonstrating honesty, straightforwardness and professionalism, whilst at the same time remaining friendly and approachable.
Are we too ‘niche’?
No!...and neither are we ’Jack-of-all-Trades’, but we do want to be able to offer a full range of legal services to clients – both individuals and businesses. This does not mean that we cannot give specialist advice, simply that we have several specialist teams who do not dabble!
Do we undercut the competition?
We do not want to be the cheapest but simply give value for money. Of course clients are price-sensitive but we have found that they are much more concerned about service levels. Clients return to us as a result of good service, not because we are always prepared to undercut the competition.
Can we be friends?
Most definitely!...and we encourage all of our clients to refer their friends, relatives and other businesses to us. This is precisely how our clients list continues to grow – we want to be in your contacts list – for any legal issue.
Is it in our 5-year Business Plan?
