Unemployment 'could lead to boom in business start-ups'

Our Insolvency expert Jo Smith joined Ison Harrison in the summer of 2007 bringing with her extensive experience, knowledge and contacts in insolvency. We now advise on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency including;
Corporate Insolvency
Personal Insolvency
Insolvency Practitioners
The vast majority of work that we undertake is on behalf of insolvency practitioners in their capacity as office holder in corporate or personal insolvency situations. Why are we approached?
Companies
When companies are in financial difficulties we have experience of helping and advising them restructure with the assistance of an insolvency practitioner.
We are well versed in dealing with Director Disqualification Proceedings issued by the D.T.I.
Individuals
When we are approached by people with financial difficulties, generally speaking they need prompt and practical action coupled with a sympathetic ear. We can assist with impending bankruptcy or look into the availability of an individual voluntary arrangement, which is a formal alternative to bankruptcy.
If bankruptcy has already hit we can be called upon to assist with any negotiations/ dealings with the trustee in bankruptcy.
Call or e-mail a member of the insolvency team for your free advice.
