Clinical Negligence

Nancy Fairbairn, expert in Clinical NegligenceNancy Fairbairn

Partner
Head of Department

Nancy took on responsibility for managing the firm’s reputable clinical negligence department in 2006. Nancy brings the perfect skill-set to a highly demanding role: an enquiring mind and the innate ability to relate and empathise with clients. Only with a proven ability in successfully dealing with complex medical and legal issues can a Clinical Negligence lawyer operate and be recognised at the highest levels – in Nancy the firm possesses one such person…she is, quite simply, a brilliant Clinical Negligence lawyer.

The department is now recognised as one which offers the most comprehensive advice and client care in the north of England. The department also has a clinical negligence contract with the Legal Services Commission and are therefore able to act for clients who are eligible for Legal Aid.

Nancy became a partner in 2008.
