Mark heads up the firm’s Crown Court department.
Mark holds the higher legal qualification – that of solicitor advocate and unlike most solicitors can represent clients in the Crown Court. He was one of the first Solicitors to be granted the same rights of advocacy in the Crown Court as Barristers. As well as heading up our Crown Court team Mark is also a part-time lecturer in Criminal Law at Leeds Metropolitan University.
