Jade is a Property Solicitor and is based at the firm's Crossgates branch.

With over 6 years experience of residential conveyancing work, Jade is able to deal with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity transactions and is equipped to act and advise in relation to a with a wide range of specialist areas; including but not limited to; shared ownership transactions, right to buys, re-sale covenants, new build properties, sales at undervalue, share equity schemes, properties bought at auction, bridging finance loans, Tyneside leases and freehold flats.

Jade works closely with estate agents, financial advisors and other solicitors, both locally and nationally, and as a result, many will frequently recommend her to their clients. Consequently, Jade has established an excellent reputation in her field and she is developing a portfolio of regular clients including a number of property investors.
