Riffat brings a wealth of diverse skills and experience to the prison law department. She has recently been awarded a barristers degree, and has worked many years in the field of immigration. She has a particular interest in assisting prisoners who are foreign nationals. This dynamism further ensures that we are in a strong position to identify and assert prisoner rights from all backgrounds. She has a strong foundation in advocacy, therefore, she can represent clients from first instruction to conclusion.
