During his years at the firm Jonathan has developed a reputation for being a strong lawyer and litigator. He is first and foremost a commercial litigator but is also sought out to advise in respect of professional negligence claims and employment disputes. Jonathan now has over 18 year’s experience of acting for both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, encompassing everything from advising on employee issues, drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, right through to advising, from an employment perspective, upon wider organisational changes or other issues affecting a business.
He regularly provides guidance and acts on behalf of employers facing employment claims. In addition he has considerable experience of assisting and representing clients in disputes relating to land, commercial property transactions and negligence.
