Jonathan came up through the ranks to join the partnership after he joined as a personal injury lawyer in 2000. In 2007, at the age of 36, he accepted the challenge of taking on the role of Managing Partner demonstrating that age is no barrier when it comes to progression within the firm.
Jonathan has overall responsibility for nearly 150 staff whilst carrying on with his addition responsibilities as head of the personal injury department and looking after his own clients. Jonathan is the firm's client care and Complaints Partner.
Client care and an ability to communicate in a down-to-earth manner and his enthusiasm for improvement, as both employer and service provider, are the strengths he brings to his role.
Jonathan has specialised in Claimant Personal Injury law since he qualified and his strong advocacy, acting on behalf of thousands of clients has firmly established him with an impressive 100% trial record whilst always maximising damages.
