Rebecca is an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor and has been part of the team at Ison Harrison since qualifying in 2011. In that time she has gained a wealth of experience dealing with a diverse range of claims against both the NHS and private healthcare providers. She has acted for Claimants suffering from delayed diagnosis and treatment conditions such as cancer, testicular torsion and cauda equine syndrome, as well as cases involving surgical errors, mismanagement of injuries, errors leading to amputations and birth related injuries.
Rebecca understands that the impact of clinical negligence can be devastating not only to the claimant but also to their families largely because of the lasting nature of the injuries caused, especially those who lose a loved one prematurely. She has experience of advising upon and representing bereaved families at Inquests and pursuing successful claims on behalf of dependents and Estates. She is thorough and has a keen eye for detail and is committed to helping clients understand the complex medical and legal issues arising during the course of their case.
Outside of work, Rebecca lives in Wakefield with her young family who keep her busy, and Governor at the local village primary school.
