Sarah is dedicated to helping people with any kind of immigration problem.
Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, having practiced law in the field of Immigration and Asylum since 2005. She is dedicated to helping people with any kind of immigration problem and her time working in Mental Health law gives her a wonderful ability to empathise with client’s situations.
Sarah has a special interest in family-related immigration problems and has an excellent track record in this field and also in cases relating to citizenship, asylum/human rights and obtaining leave to remain outside the usual immigration rules.
Sarah also has experience as an advocate in the Immigration Tribunal and represents her own clients on appeal, giving them the benefit of her thorough knowledge of their cases and an ability to argue their cases against the Home Office with assurance before the Judge.
Working with both clients who are eligible for Legal Aid and privately paying individuals, Sarah also receives regular instructions from Local Authorities relating to children from overseas who are in their care, thanks to her reputation as an effective and compassionate Solicitor.
Sarah is also fast developing a reputation for obtaining Legal Aid funding for low (or no) income clients, who would otherwise have no access to legal advice at all, under the “Exceptional Case Funding” scheme.
