Annulment of Marriage
A decree of nullity is a legal statement asserting that a marriage is not valid. This is available in limited circumstances where a marriage is deemed to be either void or voidable.
Unlike applies to divorce, it is not necessary to have been married for one year to obtain a decree of nullity.
Also, you may have religious grounds as to why annulment of your marriage is your preferred option to divorce.
