Competition terms and conditions
- Competition open to UK residents only.
- One entry into the prize draw per nominee.
- Open to nominees who have suffered an Erb’s Palsy injury and are aged under 18.
- The nominator, (i.e. the parent or legal guardian of a child) must have authority to consent for the nominee’s information and image to be used for the Erb’s Palsy Heroes campaign which will include publishing their first name, age and image online including social media. Please note, we will not publish surnames.
- Photo must be of the Nominee only.
- Winning prize is 4 tickets to Alton Towers including express parking. Prize can be redeemed on a date of winner’s choice and subject to Alton Towers opening days and hours. Winning nominator should specify the 4 tickets required, i.e. no. of adult tickets and no. of children tickets.
- Winning prize will be released to the nominator of the winning nominee.
- Closing date for entries is Friday 15th October 2021.
