Ella is a Paralegal in the Employment department at Ison Harrison Solicitors, based at the firm’s Leeds Head Office. She supports the team on a wide range of employment law matters, bringing a proactive approach and strong attention to detail in her work with both clients and colleagues.
Ella graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) in Law (LLB) from the University of Liverpool. During her studies, she developed a keen interest in employment law, which was further strengthened through her work experience.
Ella is passionate about employment law and is committed to delivering high-quality support while continuing to develop her knowledge and experience within the field.
