Fiza is a Paralegal and works within our Crime department at our Head Office in Leeds.
Fiza Ditta is a Paralegal in the POCA Team within the Crime Department at Ison Harrison. She first joined the firm as a Team Support Assistant, shortly after graduating university with a first-class law degree and progressed to her current role in December 2024.
Fiza has also completed the Bar Practice Course and intends to become a Barrister in the future. Her interests undoubtedly lie within Crime and POCA work.
Fiza advises clients on ancillary matters following the making of their Confiscation Orders, as well as dealing with substantive confiscation proceedings, enforcement and Third-Party Interest Applications. She also plays a key role in supporting colleagues with complex POCA cases.
Through her work within the department, Fiza has developed a comprehensive understanding of confiscation law and procedure. Clients have commended Fiza for her attentive listening skills, calm and pragmatic approach, and her ability to manage challenging situations with efficiency and genuine compassion.
Fiza is dedicated to ensuring every client receives clear advice, exceptional service, and consistent support throughout their case. She recognises the pressures clients often face in these proceedings and is committed to providing reassurance and understanding at every stage.
