The humanitarian crisis in Ukraine continues to escalate. We understand that this is a worrying time for anyone with family members in Ukraine.
One of the measures that has been put in place by the British Government in response to the specific situation in Ukraine is The Ukraine Family Scheme. This scheme is intended for immediate family members, extended family members and immediate family members of an extended family of UK based sponsors. The UK sponsor should have British nationality, indefinite leave to remain, settled status or proof of permanent residence, or someone with refugee status or humanitarian protection in the UK. All applications will be subject to security checks.
It is free to apply and there is no immigration health surcharge payable. Once granted they will be able to live, work and study in the UK and access public funds. The visa will last up to 3 years.
We can assist anyone wishing to make this application on behalf of their family members. The application will be submitted online and we will then arrange an appointment for them to attend a visa application centre.
