Usually, our standard No-Win No Fee agreements include a 25% success fee. The fee represents a contribution towards our professional fees in the event of a successful claim, and is deducted from the client’s award of damages.
Throughout the entire month, the team will waive the success fee for all new instructions received during that time- this means all damages awarded in such cases will not be subject to a deduction in respect of the fee.
