Sadie-Jo is an Associate and works in the Clinical Negligence Department at our Leeds office.
Sadie is a driven and client dedicated clinical negligence and inquest solicitor with over 12 years of experience. She has specialist experience in maternal injury, brain injury at birth, surrogacy claims, neonatal claims, fatal claims, inquests, pharmaceutical errors, and psychiatric injury claim and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and through her approach to evidence gathering.
Sadie has a keen interest in travel and following qualification, moved to Australia for a year and worked for the Queensland Government investigating income protection and total disability claims, before returning to the UK to continue her career as a clinical negligence solicitor.
In 2019 she won the rising star of the year at the Yorkshire Legal Awards. She prides herself on her empathetic approach to clients and on winning the award. The panel stated that “empathy defines this future leader.”
Sadie has represented a number of clients who have suffered negligent treatment at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH), which is currently under police investigation with an inquiry being conducted by Donna Ockendon.
