She provides dedicated support to families navigating complex and emotionally challenging inquests, including those involving deaths in community and state custody, as well as within mental health settings. Among her notable cases, Sarah assisted a family in successfully challenging a coroner’s decision at the High Court. The judicial review led to a fresh inquest, where the newly appointed coroner concluded that the deceased had been unlawfully killed.
