Joining Ison Harrison as Head of IT in 1997, since when the growth in the importance of IT can never be over estimated, Michael has overseen the integration of all things IT – including internal and external communication. The extensive development of the firm’s bespoke case management applications has been vital to the continuing success of the firm and Michael has meticulously incorporated systems into each of the departments.
Michael’s role combines project management, back office management and liaison with fee-earning teams and in 2005 he accepted the challenge of becoming Practice Director.
Michael has truly made this role his own and the practice has greatly benefited from the input he brings to the Management Board.
