Richard has a wealth of experience in both Criminal Law and Commercial Property.
He has been representing clients at police stations and the magistrates’ courts for nearly 40 years, dealing with serious crime cases such as large scale NVQ fraud and drug conspiracies.
In addition to his expertise within criminal law, Richard has an extensive commercial client base who he advises in relation to commercial leases. He acts for G.P Surgeries from all over the region.
Richard is also an independent costs assessor for the Legal Aid Agency.
