Dan is the Lead Partner (IT Innovation) at Ison Harrison Limited, where he is responsible for driving the firm’s technology strategy and overall innovation agenda. He works closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams to modernise the delivery of legal services, ensuring that technology and innovation initiatives align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
In his role, Dan focuses on bridging the gap between technical capability and practical legal application. He takes a commercially focused and pragmatic approach to innovation, supporting teams in adopting new systems, improving processes and embedding digital change in a scalable, sustainable way that suits a regulated professional services environment. His work spans digital transformation, process optimisation and the integration of emerging technologies across the business.
Dan’s approach is rooted in a strong, hands‑on background in residential property, where he developed a deep understanding of conveyancing workflows, client expectations and the operational pressures faced by high‑volume property teams. This experience provides him with an end‑to‑end perspective on how technology can enhance efficiency, accuracy and client experience in residential transactions, and it continues to shape how he drives innovation within the firm today.
Outside of work Daniel enjoys spending his spare time with his young family, he also enjoys many sports including rugby and golf.
