Ison Harrison were proud to attend and sponsor activities at the Erb’s Palsy Group’s (EPG) annual Family Fun Day, which was held at Pavilions of Harrogate this year.

It was lovely to see so many families coming together following the pandemic. As always the EPG had arranged a wide variety of activities to suit all ages. Activities included; mini golf, climbing wall, archery, escape room, VR experience, yoga, sound bath, crafts, space ball, face painting, play zone, henna, tombola and table football, to name a few.

Some of the activities gave the children an opportunity to challenge themselves and we enjoyed seeing how confident they were, as they walked away having achieved something new.

The annual fun day is a great opportunity for members to meet each other in person and to meet with the Trustees.

Parents were sharing stories and advice. Children were playing and making new friends. We hope adults and children alike were making lifelong connections. It was lovely to see so many people coming together and the event was full of smiling faces which we believe reflected its success.

There was a guest appearance from Herbie, much to the children’s delight, and we even spotted him on the mini golf course!

The day was a huge success and we can’t wait for next year.
