This policy covers all costs associated with an Employment Tribunal Claim, including all legal costs and the cost of any settlement or award (save in relation to any contractual element).
Employment Restrictive Covenants. This policy covers you organisation legal costs should an employee or more likely, an ex-employee breach their restrictive covenants, for example by providing your client list to a competitor.
Statutory License Appeal. If your organisation’s trade depends on a licence that is revoked, then this policy covers the legal costs in challenging that decision.
Health and Safety Criminal Prosecutions – This policy covers the legal costs of defending a criminal H&S prosecution.
