Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous individual to join any of our branches as a New Build Property Title Checker. This role involves verifying and reviewing residential property titles to ensure their accuracy and compliance with legal standards. There is no caseload responsibility associated with this position.

Key Tasks

  • Review and verify residential property titles.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in title records.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Key Skills – Essential

  • Good understanding of property titles and legal documentation.
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Literate and numerate
  • Ability to work accurately in accordance with the requirements of the team
  • Ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team

Experience – Essential

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable not essential.
