A 44 year old man saw his GP a few days after being discharged from hospital following treatment for broken ribs.
Although he was complaining of difficulty breathing and severe pain the GP failed to listen to or examine his chest. The following day he collapsed and died in his mother’s car on the way to A&E. In addition to pursuing a claim for compensation we arranged inquest representation for the family.
