At Ison Harrison, we understand that it can be a difficult and anxious time for clients who may need to seek legal advice but are apprehensive about visiting us in branch.
To help reassure our clients about our visiting one of our Yorkshire branches during Covid-19, we have put together a short video detailing the extra safety measures we’ve put in place to keep everyone safe.
These safety measures include:
- Ensuring appointment only visits
This helps to minimise the number of people at our branches.
- Sending a digital copy of our client visitor guide before an appointment
Our client visitor guide has information on detailing the new processes for visiting one of our branches.
- Providing face masks and gloves
Face coverings should be worn during appointments. If you do not have a face covering, we can provide this and we also have gloves available.
- Providing alcohol hand sanitiser stations
We encourage all staff and clients to regularly use the hand sanitiser stations we have in place at each branch.
- Signage
We have appropriate signage displayed at all our branches advising on the 2m social distancing.
- Implementing Perspex screens
At each branch we have a Perspex screen at the reception desk to protect staff and clients.
