Press Release – March 2026
Employee-owned law firm Ison Harrison has strengthened its presence across West Yorkshire with the opening of a new Bradford office in Little Germany.
Ison Harrison’s latest opening marks another major milestone in the firm’s continued expansion, extending its trusted legal services with a specialist focus on legal aid. The firm’s newest regional opening takes its total network presence to 25 offices.
The latest location builds on the firm’s established branches in Bingley and Queensbury and reflects rising demand for legal services across the Bradford district. The Little Germany base will operate as a dedicated meeting space for clients, available by appointment, while also serving as a visible city centre hub for the growing team.
Led by partner Tim Burt, specialist family law partner and member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, the office will not just cater for people involved in family and care proceedings but across a range of legal disciplines. Tim will be joined by colleagues Parveen Ahmed, Kauser Farid, Munibah Qureshi, Jessica Hudson, Neha Kanda, Claire Loftus and Reena Chauhan, in supporting the needs of people across the whole community.
The expansion has been driven by sustained growth in the region and the firm’s commitment to strengthening services linked to its legal aid contract secured through the firm’s Bingley office.
Tim Burt said: “By increasing our visibility and accessibility in Bradford, we can further strengthen our support to individuals and families facing difficult legal situations and create a platform for the continued development of our commercial and private client teams. This is an important step in our long-term investment in the district and reflects our confidence in the area.”
Jonathan Wearing, managing director of Ison Harrison, said: “Since opening in Bingley in 2021 and expanding into Queensbury in 2024, we have built strong and lasting relationships with clients across Bradford. Demand for our services continues to grow, and this new Bradford location, which will operate differently from our other offices to provide maximum flexibility and convenience to clients, allows us to deepen our presence in the city while supporting the communities we already serve.”
This latest expansion follows a period of sustained growth for Ison Harrison, which became a 100% employee-owned business in 2022. Since transitioning to this model, the firm has almost doubled its revenue, exceeding £35 million for 2025, opened several new offices, including Brighouse, Skipton and Middlesbrough in 2025, and made individual profit distributions to eligible employees totalling over £16,600 each.
Ison Harrison now employs more than 450 staff across Yorkshire, offering the broadest range of legal services in the region. The firm holds over 13 Law Society accreditations, including Lexcel, Clinical Negligence, Family Law, Immigration & Asylum, Conveyancing Quality, and SRA Higher Courts Rights – civil and criminal.
