On Saturday 27th September 2025, colleagues from across Ison Harrison Solicitors came together for a meaningful cause – supporting Sarah’s Pink Events, a Leeds-based breast cancer charity.
The charity walk spanned a scenic 5-mile route from Burley in Wharfedale to Ilkley, with stunning views from Ilkley Moor and a well-earned stop at the Cow and Calf pub before finishing at the Ilkley Vaults.
The event brought together staff from multiple Yorkshire offices, united in their commitment to raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research and care. Thanks to their efforts and the generosity of supporters, £415 was raised for Sarah’s Pink Events.

About Sarah’s Pink Events
Founded 20 years ago by the late Sarah Pattinson, Sarah’s Pink Events has raised over £480,000 to date. Entirely volunteer-run, the charity supports St. James’ Breast Care Unit, Cancer Research UK, and other vital causes. Their events range from wine tastings and tribute nights to marathons and bake sales, all aimed at reaching their £500,000 fundraising target by the end of 2025.
Funds go toward life-saving equipment, research, and awareness initiatives that fill critical gaps in NHS funding. Over the years, they’ve contributed £240,000 to St. James’ and £115,000 to CRUK, making a tangible impact in the fight against breast cancer.
