Stroke Solicitors

A stroke is a serious life-threatening medical condition that occurs when the blood supply to part of the brain is cut off. Stoke claims are complicated and in many cases, damage and injury cannot be avoided. Occasionally though, due to misdiagnosis of stroke or incorrect treatment, the outcome can be worse than it should have been.

You may have a claim if you have suffered a  transient ischaemic attack (TIA) or “mini stroke” and you were not given aspirin and you went on to have a stoke over 48 hours later.

At Ison Harrison, our team has vast experience in dealing with matters relating to brain injury. If you or someone close to you has suffered a brain injury, you can contact us on 0113 2845000 or clinneg@isonharrison.co.uk for further information and free advice.
