Victoria Holland
Paralegal
Victoria is a paralegal within our clinical negligence team, based at our Leeds office.
Victoria is an experienced paralegal within the Clinical Negligence Team. She has a varied case load including matters concerning; never event injuries, prescription errors, pressure sores, extravasation injuries, surgical and orthopaedic errors, delay in diagnosis of cancer, and hospital-acquired infection cases.
She has been an invaluable member of the team since 2018. Victoria is optimistic and bubbly by nature and is always striving to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She enjoys a lively debate at any given opportunity.
Victoria uses her analytical and detail-oriented mind in her role as a Clinical Negligence Paralegal, which enables her to consider and comprehend complex matters during the course of a claim and bring them to a successful resolution. She would profess to be a ‘people-person’ and values the role she plays in bringing security and often closure to those whose lives have been dramatically altered by an act of clinical negligence.
Victoria always wanted to be a lawyer from a young age, stemming from being asked to be a representative for her school in regional mock trials, in which she played the role of barrister in front of practising members of the Judiciary at her local court.
In her personal life, Victoria is a bit of a ‘foodie’, she enjoys dining out and cooking up new recipes at home with her boyfriend and two very inquisitive cats.
